Elos is a European network of national Elos networks. Every national network is lead by its national or regional coordinator.

The European network is lead by the Management Team, which consists of various members of the European network from different countries. All important strategic decisions are taken by the Management Team, which is advised on many occasions by the national and regional coordinators.
